APPOINTMENTS
We believe in providing our clients with a personalized experience, which is why we strive to accommodate your schedule when reserving appointment times. We understand that commitments can change, and we are happy to assist with rescheduling when sufficient notice is provided.
We place great value on your time and appreciate your consideration in honoring your scheduled appointments. Due to the high demand for our services, we recommend that you book your appointments in advance. While we accept walk-ins and last-minute appointments when availability allows, we encourage you to inquire about any cancellations for a better chance of securing a timely appointment.
As many of our treatments are medically oriented, appointments may occasionally exceed the scheduled time. We appreciate your understanding and patience, as we remain committed to providing you with the exceptional service and personal attention you deserve.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request that you notify us at least two business days in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment. While we send reminder texts as a courtesy, it is your responsibility to remember and manage your scheduled appointment.
SCHEDULING DEPOSIT:
To confirm appointments for consultations, dermal fillers, needling, lasers, thread lifting, and all aesthetician services, a scheduling deposit is required. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied to the cost of the procedure or any service rendered within 30 days.
Important Note:
- If an appointment is missed and not canceled within the stipulated two business days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
- The scheduling deposit amounts are as follows:
- For a Doctor: $150
- For an Aesthetician: $75
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Regrettably, should you arrive late, we will not be able to extend the time of your scheduled service.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing high-quality pharmaceutical skincare products. Any defective products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an exchange.

PRESCRIPTION SERVICE NOTICE
Effective May 2025, patients seeking a written prescription for Tretinoin or other prescription-strength products from Dr. Grace Kwon will be required to schedule an in-person consultation. The fee for this consultation is $150. Please note that SkinRenew does not submit claims to insurance providers; therefore, all costs are the responsibility of the patient.
