We appreciate your selection of our clinic to serve your Aesthetic needs. Our goal is to provide the best possible Aesthetics care for our clients so that you may achieve optimal skin health and beauty throughout your lifetime. Our entire staff here at SkinRenew operates as a team to ensure everyone who comes in receives great Aesthetic treatments! Please review the following information regarding scheduling!
APPOINTMENTS:
When we reserve time for our clients, we want you to feel cared for. That’s why we care about finding a time that will work for both of us. People are busy these days and sometimes need to change their appointments. We can always find an appointment time for our busy clients if they give us plenty of notice.
We place immense value in your time and hope you will honor us with the same in turn. SkinRenew is always busy, so prior appointments are highly recommended; walk-ins or last-minute appointments are welcome when time permits. Please call and ask if we have any cancellations, and we will do our best to get you an appointment if possible.
Due to the medical nature of many of our treatments, appointments can sometimes exceed their scheduled time. Therefore, please be patient and know that you will receive the same exceptional service and personal attention from us.

CANCELLATION:
We ask that you notify us at least two business days in advance if you cannot make your appointment. In addition, we make courtesy text messages reminding you of your appointment; however, these are only courtesy messages, and we ask that you assume responsibility for remembering your appointment date and time.
*** SCHEDULING DEPOSIT *** SkinRenew has a scheduling deposit for Consults, Dermal Filler, Needling, Lasers, Thread Lifting, and all Aesthetician Appointments. To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required when booking any of these appointments. This is to guarantee your reservation. If the appointment is kept, the deposit is applied to the cost of the procedure or any service within 30 days.

LATE ARRIVALS:
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICIES:
We guarantee you high-quality professional pharmaceutical skincare products. Any defective products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an exchange.
